Prior to working at Venture Commercial, Shyam who has a background in Law worked as a qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor practising at both regional and national Legal 500 accredited firms.

Shyam has developed strong relationships and established key contacts in the property industry in order to provide a comprehensive service for his clients. His previous experience as a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor brings exceptional added value to his clients transactions and he is a key member of the team at Venture Commercial.

Fun Facts: In his spare time, Shyam enjoys reading, going to the gym and playing sports and following his beloved Liverpool FC!

Bhavin is the driving force behind the Commercial and Land and New Homes departments at Venture. He is focused on the company’s core values ensuring integrity and transparency is always maintained to the highest levels. Having worked in the Bedfordshire property industry for over 20 years his knowledge and passion for the property market is to be admired.

Fun Facts: Outside of all things property, Bhavin is a family man who loves to travel, loves watching football and enjoys having a laugh around the office. PS – when you speak to him don’t ask him for a joke!

Neil has been active in the world of property for over 20 years. Beginning his property career in 2001 as a mortgage broker, his knowledge and experience have continued to grow, along with his passion.

Neil has been actively involved in every aspect of the UK property market - he covers all areas of property from sales and lettings, mortgages, right through to planning and development. In 2010, he opened Inspired Sales and Lettings Ltd, a very successful property agency that operates over Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire.

Richard has over 15 years experience in the property industry and has built up a wealth of experience in sales, lettings and property management. Prior to working at Venture Commercial, Richard was Head of a Property management department for a reputable estate agent in Bedfordshire.

Due to his previous property management role he has a proven track record of rapport building and problem solving which he has now transferred to his role with Venture Commercial.

In his personal life, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. He is a keen football fan, plays 5 a side and is an avid Aston Villa supporter.

Alisha has over 5 years of experience in property lettings, management, and administration. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong skill set and deep understanding of the intricacies involved in effectively managing properties, clients, and tenants.

With a focus on delivering exceptional service, she has successfully overseen various aspects of property management and administrative tasks. Her attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks make her a valuable member of the team. She has a proven track record of optimising operational efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.

She is a passionate individual who provides and creates a personalised experience for property clients and customers. With her extensive knowledge and experience, we are confident that Alisha’s ability to meet your property needs will exceed your expectations.

An interesting fact about Alisha is that she teaches and performs Bollywood and Bhangra dancing, but what she enjoys the most is travelling and being with family and friends.

Donna has over 20 years’ experience working in the property industry. She spent most of this time working for one of the biggest Property Management Companies in the UK. She had had many roles in the business and her final role was managing the major works department, where she was responsible for ensuring that the “section 20” process was followed through in guidance with ARMA regulations.

Fun Facts: Donna is mum to three boys so when she is not working, she spends most of her spare time at the side of a football or Rugby pitch!

Sean is a seasoned sales professional with 8 years of experience, including 5 years in magazine and advertising, where he focused on heavy industrial companies. Notably, he has successfully handled projects with multi-billion-pound companies during his tenure in the advertising industry, enhancing his expertise and professional acumen. In more recent years, he has spent 2 years in residential sales for haart estate agents. Known for his exceptional rapport-building skills and passion for sales negotiations, Sean excels at connecting with clients and delivering outstanding results.

Outside of work, Sean loves spending time with family and friends and taking his daughter on adventures, creating lasting memories. An avid traveller, he enjoys exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures.
